Yogurt Salad Dressing

So Good!
1/2 Cup Greek, plain or unsweetened yogurt
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tablespoons oil (olive, balanced, avocado, or flaxseed)
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic
Fresh mint, basil or cilantro to garnish (your choice)
Mix ingredients serve with a salad or as a dip for vegetables
