Turmeric and Pumpkin Seed Spread For Veggies
Yields 1 1/2 Cups

High Protein Snack
1 1/2 cup of raw Pumpkin Seeds. Soaked overnight and drained. (Soak in a pinch of saltwater)
2 Tbsp Kelp flakes
2 Tbsp Tamari or Liquid Aminos
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
2 Tsp Paprika powder
1/2 Tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
1 cup Chicken or Vegetable broth
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Step One
Place the soaked pumpkin seed, kelp flakes, tamari (or Aminos), garlic turmeric, cumin, paprika and black pepper into a food processor.
Step Two
With the motor running drizzle the broth and oil into the mixture and continue until smooth.
Serve as a dip with vegetables or as a spread
