Yields 1 1/2 Cups

Turmeric and Pumpkin Seed Spread For Veggies

High Protein Snack

  • 1 1/2 cup of raw Pumpkin Seeds. Soaked overnight and drained. (Soak in a pinch of saltwater)

  • 2 Tbsp Kelp flakes

  • 2 Tbsp Tamari or Liquid Aminos

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder

  • 2 Tsp Paprika powder

  • 1/2 Tsp freshly ground Black Pepper

  • 1 cup Chicken or Vegetable broth

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • Salt to taste

Step One

Place the soaked pumpkin seed, kelp flakes, tamari (or Aminos), garlic turmeric, cumin, paprika and black pepper into a food processor.


Step Two

With the motor running drizzle the broth and oil into the mixture and continue until smooth.


Serve as a dip with vegetables or as a spread
