Tortillas ~ Whole Wheat

Versatile yeast free flat bread
1cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup unbleached, unbromated All-Purpose Flouor
1 Tsp Sea Salt
3 Tbsp Avacodo or Olive Oil
1/2 cup warm Water (possiby slightly more)
Whole Wheat Flour as needed
Recipie may be doubled
Step 1
Cobine all ingredients in a large bowl to make a light-textred dough.
Step 2
Form into 8 egg sized balls and allow to sit for 20 minures
Step 3
Roll each ball of dough our on a lightly floured service to form a thin circle of about 1/2'' thick.
Step 4
Lighlty oil a griddle or large skillet and fry each tortilla over medium/low heat for 1 minute on each side. They will be slightly brown in spots.
Serve Warm
