Tomato Salsa

Fresh garden taste
1 LB cherry, grape or currant Tomatoes (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup chopped Scallions all parts
3 Tbl fresh lime juice
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 small serrao pepper, seeded and finely diced or 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper
1Garlic Clove, pressed
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup chopped Avacodo (Optional)
Step 1
Rinse the tomatoes and remove any leaves or stems. Place in processor and pulse to a consistency of 1/4'' dice
Step 2
Trasfer the tomatoes to a small, nonreactive bowl, add the remaining ingedients and stir until combined.
Serve at room temperature or chill and serve cold
