Spinach Quiche

Meatless Meal
1 Tbsp. Butter
16 oz. frozen chopped Spinach or your own blanced. (* must drain completly)
6 large Eggs
1/2 cup Sour Cream or Plain Yougart
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic
1tsp. Onion Powder may also add diced onion if desired
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 cup Parmessiona Cheese Dry Grated
OPTIONAL ITEMS: 1/4 cup grated cheddar sprinkeled ontop, sun-dried Tomatoes, bits of bacon or ham.
Step1
Completly drain the spinach (This is a must)
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 9" pie plate, bottom and sides
Step 3
Whisk together the eggs, yougart/sour cream, salt, pepper and spices. Spoon in the drained spinach and parmessiona cheese.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture into prepared pie plate. Bake for 25-30 minutes. (Sides will be brown and center set)
Step 5
Allow to cool for 15 minutes prior to serving.
