Soup ~ Grain, Green and Bean Soup
Serves 4

Easy to make
1 Tbls Olive Oil
1 large Carrot, chopped
i Celery Stalk, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
1 cup vegetable stock, beef, chicken or bone broth
1 cup packed, sliced Greens (Kale, Collards, Bok Choy)
1cup cooked Garbonzo Beans
1 cup cooked shell pasta ( can use wheat free)
Sea Salt to taste
Fresh bround Black Pepper to taste
Tamari to taste
Step 1
in large saucepan heat olive oil, and saute carrot, celery , and onion for 5 minutes over medium heat just until limp.
Step 2
Add broth and chopped greesn. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step3
Add cooked beans and past, simmer until throughly heated.
Step 4
Season to taste with Sea Salt and Tamari.
Serve, garnished with Parsley and / or Scallions
