Salmon Salad

Serves 1-2

Salmon Salad

High in Omega 3

  • 1 can water packed salmon

  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise (an organic mayo or homemade)

  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil

  • Chopped onions

  • chipped perppers (if desired)

  • chopped celery

Step One

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce, sourdough bread or sprouted bread
