Red Chili with Beans

Serves 4

Red Chili with Beans

Contains capsaicin, a traditional treatment for nerve pain

  • 8 cups of Bone Broth

  • 1 Lb. ground Beef or Bison (Free range, organic)

  • 1 cup Onion

  • 1 15 ounce Canned Black Beans, drained Or, 15 ounces of your own beans soaked and cooked. Always soak your beans overnight to reduce the lectins and phytates.

  • 12 ounces of Tomato Paste

  • 1 medium Carrot

  • 1 JapapenoPpepper, minced

  • 1 Tsp. Chili powder

  • 1 Tsp. organic kelp powder (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • Black Pepper to taste

You can spice this up as much as you like by using a hot sauce or pepper sauce at the table

Step One

Place all ingredients in a kettle. Simmer for 30 minutes.
