Red Chili with Beans
Serves 4

Contains capsaicin, a traditional treatment for nerve pain
8 cups of Bone Broth
1 Lb. ground Beef or Bison (Free range, organic)
1 cup Onion
1 15 ounce Canned Black Beans, drained Or, 15 ounces of your own beans soaked and cooked. Always soak your beans overnight to reduce the lectins and phytates.
12 ounces of Tomato Paste
1 medium Carrot
1 JapapenoPpepper, minced
1 Tsp. Chili powder
1 Tsp. organic kelp powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Black Pepper to taste
You can spice this up as much as you like by using a hot sauce or pepper sauce at the table
Step One
Place all ingredients in a kettle. Simmer for 30 minutes.
