Quinoa Breakfast
Serves 1 - 2

A wonderful wholegrain, slightly sweet breakfast
1 cup Cooked Quinoa
1/2 cup Apple Juice or Cider
2 Tbl chopped Walnuts
Dash of Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently until the aple juice is absorded.
Serve in a glass bowl just how it is or add small pieces of apples, blueberries or banana slices
