Parsley and Cilantro Pesto
Yields 1 Cup

Fresh, Green Snack
2 cups of lightly packed fresh flat-leaf Parsley leaves
1/2 cup of lightly packed Cilantro leaves
1/2 cup of chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 large Garlic cloves, crushed
1 TSP Paprika powder
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBS fresh Lemon juice
1 TSP lemon zest from an organic Lemon
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
