A nutrient charged salad dressing
1 cup sliced carrots
1/3 c sliced celery
1/2 c slided onion
4 Tablespoons peeled fresh, raw ginger root
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tsp. seasamie oil
a few drops of stevia (if desired)
Place all ingredients in a food processor such as nutribullet. Process until smooth. Serve over salad.
