4 - 6 brochettes

Protein
1 Flank Steak (Grass Fed)
1/2 cup Liquid Aminos
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 bunch chopped Green Onions
6 cloves Garlic, peeled and mashed
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Step One
Using a sharp knife, slice the flank steak as thinly as possible across the grain (easier if the steak is partily frozen).
Step Two
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and marinate the steak strips for several hours or overnight.
Step Three (Cook 2 ways)
#1 Fold the steak strips onto skewers. Cook on the grill for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
#2 Place the steak strips on a overn proof dish or pan and and broil for 4-5 minutes on each side.
