Kale Chips ~ Baked

Snack Time!

  • 8 o

    unces of Kale

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin Olice Oil

  • Salt to taste

Step 1

preheat the oven to 350F. Rinse the kale thoroughly, shake off excess water, and tear the leaves off the ribs in 2" pieces. Dry the leaves between paper towel or use a salad spinner.


Step 2

Place the leaves into a large mixing bowl and toss with the olive oils and salt, coating both sides.


Step 3

Place leaves onto a baking sheet and back for 8-10 minutes, or until crisp but not too dry, turning once. Let cool and serve


You can also press 1 garlic clove into the olive oil and let rest for ten minutes before mixing with the raw kale.
