Hummus

A protein packed dip to serve with raw veggies or as a spread for toast
2 Cups cooked Garbonzo Beans
1/4 Cup cooking liquid
1/4 Cup Tahini
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/8 Tsp Cracked Black Peppper (if desired)
Step 1
Combine into food processor the Garbonzo Beans, 2 Tbsp reserved water, lemon juice and olove oil. Blend until well mashed adding water as needed.
Step 2
Blend in the Tahini, garlic and seasonings. Blend until desired texture is achieved.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
