Honey Roasted Nuts

Salty-Sweet Snack
8 oz mixed, raw and unsalted nuts (Almonds, Pecans, Hazelnuts, Pistachios)
1 Tbsp. unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp. smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Step1
Preheat oven to 350F. Place the butter and honey together in a glass baking dish. Place into the oven and allow the butter to melt (about 2 minutes).
Step 2
Add the nuts and paprika. Toss to coat.
Step3
Stirring every 10 minutes; roast the nuts for 30 minutes.
Step4
Remove from oven and spread the nut mixture onto parchment paper and sprinkle with salt. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes. Store in airtight container.
