Cranberry Horseradish Relis

Cranberry Horseradish Relis

A nice relish served with meats or used with celery sticks

  • 8 Whole fresh Cranberries (about 2 cups)

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions, all parts

  • 3 Tbl warm Honey

  • 1 Tbl prepared Horseradish

  • 2 Tbl currants, chopped raisins or dried cranberries

  • 2 Tbl sour cream or yogurt

Step 1

Chop the cranberries until they are finely minced or put them into a food processor and pulse about 5-10 times. Transfere into a small mixing bowl


Step 2

Stir in the remaining ingredients. Let rewst for about 15 minutes before serving.
