Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Cranberries

Serves 4

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Cranberries

Quick and Easy

  • 4 slices of nitrate free Bacon

  • 4 cups of Brussels Sprouts,1 halved

  • 1 cup of whole Cranberries

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  • 2 TBSP Balsamic vinegar

  • 1 TSP organic kelp

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds, soaked

Step 1

Fry the bacon and crumble it into small pieces.


Step 2

Add Brussels Sprouts, Cranberries, Onion, Vinegar and Kelp powder to a skillet. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the bacon pieces and the chopped almonds when served.
